Laura Croft wasn't based on Angelina Jolie. Jolie just played Laura Croft in the movies years after the game itself was made. Or am I mistaken, never was a Laura Croft VG fan.
The lady in the picture just appears to be a ingame Necromancer, nothing special IMO. Would be nice to know if they did base it off someone though. |

Always been curious about the origins of some of the art models myself. I was surprised to find the Cover Necro in Piken Square during the last BWE, but replaced with a male necro on release.. Hope she turns back up later... much nicer to look at.. hehe

When Tomb Raider 1 was released, the world didnt know the name Angelina Jolie  .

It's Lara. Lara Croft. And Angelina Jolie had already done that movie about teenaged hackers when the original Tomb Raider came out, but she was definitely still too young to play an archaeologist.

Being English, I have to insist you call her Lara Croft and not Laura please,
 and the question I want to most ask the devs is.... when is the next patch out that will fix the graphics cards problems, chat system etc etc instead of the tiny bugs that should have been ironed long long ago during the betas?
